In this research, we analyze major fatal accidents on intercity roads in Isfahan Province. In Iran, road accidents are a leading cause of death, with numerous fatalities occurring each year due to such incidents. Road accidents can be attributed to various factors, including human error, vehicle-related physical factors, technical road factors, and environmental conditions. The primary goals of this seminar are to explore ways to reduce the occurrence of road accidents through a comprehensive analysis of relevant data and to propose effective solutions for improving road safety. The use of machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence can significantly contribute to reducing road accidents. The Kashan-Isfahan freeway and the Isfahan-Shiraz highway experience the highest number of accidents, indicating a need for improvements in road design and safety measures. The results show that nearly half of the fatal accidents documented by provincial traffic police are due to vehicle rollovers. Additionally, secondary and rural roads account for a large portion (36%) of the total accidents.
